Islam is based on hatred, produces terrorists, while Christianity based on love, advocating peace. Why schools go for Islam, not Christianity?

Schools should not teach any religon. Why people younger generations about fictional characters and B/S. Teach them how to live a good life on their own feet and not have to have religon as a crutch to survive. Religon will always fail you in the end....

What?! You obviously didn't learn much about Islam. There is a difference between teaching about something and preaching. For instance, in school they do teach you about Christianity when you learn European history, like the Crusades, etc. Also, don't you think it is a good idea to know what other people believe whether they are the "enemy" or not? If you think Islam's produce terrorism, wouldn't that be good for our children to know their religion? Maybe they would be able to understand why and predict certain terrorist events based on their knowledge.

Islam is not based on hatred. The Quran is just as very similar to the Bible, in a way.

Anyway, if you want to study religion, you go to a religious school (private schools) or you go to catechism. That's what it's for. Same for Islam.

Do you know that Hitler was Catholic? And if you take a look at the history of Christianity, you'll find plenty of other violent Christians. And not so long ago, I think I remember reading about plenty of priests accused of pedophilia (not just in America), who the church didn't find necessary to punish.

have a nice day

Islam is NOT based on hatred..... no true religions are. But then, there has been more bloodshed in the name of Christianity than in a lot of other causes.

It is a free world and so you have a right to believe in what you do.But your belief should not hurt some one else with a different belief. To generalize that Islam teaches terrorism and Christianity is all about love i can only borrow the wise words of Jesus,"Father, forgive them. They know not what they are
do(say)ing.

That is what is known as political correctness. Awful, isn't it? There is a move to do away with Christianity and Christians. But we aren't going anywhere till God says "Come up here!"

lol r u kidding. look at christian history. who kills more in mass genocides. christians. who gassed 3 million jews? christians, who killed all through europe for generations for being heritics , christians, who fights over in ireland and england protestent and catholics, both are chrisitians, bolivia a chrisitan country kills people who try to collect rain water, look at south america a bunch or terroristic maniacs. who is killing people in iraq? chrisitans, who killed somalians? christians, look at rowanda a christian nation who had a mass genocide. go watch the movie kingdom of heaven. it was made by chrisitans and shows how christians started war by breaking treaties with the muslims over in the middle east. look at the spanish inqusition the christians would kill muslims and jews if they did not convert. do not tell me this rubbish that christians spread the religion by love. u obviously have no clue about christian politics. the vatican is one of the biggest political scams going. even linked to the italian mafia. i am muslim and i will be darned if i sit back and listen to u lie to everyone and make flase claims against my religion not reconizing the terroristic actions of christians. you ought to be ashamed of yourself. and by the way a true muslim, jew or christian would not harm others. remember what jesus said love thy neighbor? you guys ought to read into the bible more learn about other cultures before committing terror on others and wondering why there is retaliation.

ONE Faith, Many Religions -

There are many religions (as an example - Gal.1:13 below, the Jews’ religion), but one faith (Eph.4:5 below).

Eph.4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

When we are baptized into Christ Jesus by the Holy Spirit we BECOME a “new creature” (2 Cor.5:17, Gal.6:15 below). We become, individually, as well as collectively, the living body of Christ (Col.1:24 below). We become the church of God (1 Cor.10:32 below, 1 Cor.1:2, 1 Cor.15:9, Gal.1:13), the one faith (Eph.4:5 above).

2 Cor.5:17Therefore if any man be in Christ, he IS a new creature (Gal.6:15 below): old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Gal.6:15For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature (2 Cor.5:17 above).

Col.1:24Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for His body's sake, which IS the church (1 Cor.10:32, Gal. I:13, 1 Cor.1:2).

1 Cor.10:32Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God (Eph.2:16 below).

Eph.2:16 And that he might reconcile BOTH (Jews and Gentiles - 1 Cor.10:32 above) unto God in one body (the church of God - 1 Cor.10:32 above) by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

Gal.1:13For ye have heard of my (Paul's) conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God (1 Cor.10:32 above), and wasted it.
