what would casue you to get gas at fuel rail but pressure to be below spec changed fuel pump and presure regul

Plugged fuel filter or pickup in tank is dirty. Also check for pinchjed or cracked fuel lines.

Check the fuel filter, it may be clogged. It loaded with sediment , you may need to flush the lines as well.
