1 at a time. Do not pull them all out and then misconfigure the firing order!
Use the correct tools. A spark plug socket, a flex wratchet, a short and a long extension, or whatever is needed to get to and remove the plugs. Be careful not to tear the boots on the spark plugs. Twist them side to side to removed, do not pull straight out or you will tear the boots and wire right off.

First u gotta find them. next pull em out and put new ones in. if that doesnt help go to the library and check out a mechanics book on 1998 explorers.
