You can not get "renewals" on passports.

Go to a post office and fill out the forms and get your passport picture taken (or you can fill the forms out online.) go to your local passprt office early in the morning to avoid line-ups. If you pay the extra fee you can get you passport done faster. Tell them when you need it by
