Again, my answer is dont waste your time and energy on such things at this age. How old is he? It could be illegal for sure. However, this is an act of intimacy, nothing generic as a kiss. Too many horrible diseases out there and no touching below the belt is a good advice in my book. Girls today are "too easy" and this act is not something that should be a common or given thing to do. Worry about graduating and focus on things in your life that will advance you as a person. Experimentation is all well and good but at your age, these things are a DONT.

It depends, certainly not if he's older then 17, and in many states, giving or recieving a BJ is simply illegal for anyone in any cercumstances, though seldom enforced. To be safe, I would recomend against it.

Only if the guy is or close to your same age. If he's over 18 he will could be arested for statutory rape. This is in the US other countries have different laws.

no, it's not legal. think of it this way: would your parents be upset if they found out you were asking/doing this sort of thing? perhaps you should try to enjoy being a kid, because you still are!
