Yes- this is very possible and the withdrawl method has a very high failure rate, as there can still be pre-ejaculate present, which contains enough sperm to result in pregnancy.

Yes you can. My friend got pregnant although her boyfriend "pulled out". What got her was pre-ejaculation (the clear stuff). So be careful and use a condom if you don't want to get preg!!

If you are a woman and not sterilised, the answer is YES, not matter what you do.
And early withdrawal of the male's penis is surely not safe at all.
