In the movie the Butterfly Effect can someone tell me how many times Evan went in the past to alter the future and what was the result each time?

He goes back like 5 or 6 times doesnt he? lets see:
- when he loses his arms and she's the friend girlfriend
- when he threatens the girl's dad and she grows happy
- when the friend kills the girl brother and ends up crazy
- when his dad tries to kill him when he visits him...
- when he goes all the way back to the party and he's mean to her so they can never be friends...
im confused now... I will have to watch it again..
