I was not present when false information was submitted to the court. My attorney would tell me that the case had been continued but since this time I have learned that the case was heard on several occasions without my knowledge. Actual hearings yhat I was not notified of even have me as being there and giving testimony (which I did not) After getting a transcript of these hearings they never have me saying a word.

They can lose their license to practice law for that. It's called a violation of agency. The lawyer should only act in your best interests, if he didn't write a letter to your local Bar Association.

it depends on the type of case and the other parties attorney how long a case is continued for. You as the client need to stay on top of things that involve your case. as for him lying in court you were there you should have stood up and told the judge he was lying and not representing your interest that way it was on the record.
