My husband, my father and myself all have motorola cell phones, and when we call from a home phone (landline phone) to my husbands or my cell phone number I have no problem but when I call my dad's cell I have to dial 1 or 0 before his number. Mine 419-908, my husbands 419-554 and my fathers 419-554. I don't understand why I can call hubbys number and not my dads without dialing the 1 or 0 can anyone tell me why? and can I change a cell phone number?

Is this only happening from your home line, or from all local land lines? If it's all local land lines, then you need to call your service provider and talk with a technical support, because it sounds like a routing problem on the cellular end. If it's just your home line, then you need to contact your home service provider, and ask them for help.
Changing a cell phone number is pretty easy, all you have to do is get the new number programmed into the phone after the service provider changes it. Just remember that all voicemail will have to be reset, and anything stored in the original voicemail will be lost.
