I always imagine that everyone does know me and everyone knows every single things i do during the day(I'm a girl age16)
I don't do anything that needs anyone to know or to be curious about, but that's what i always think about.

Sounds like you're becoming paranoid. If you can't control this, or if you find that it's controlling you to the point where you're having a hard time getting through a normal day, please see a doctor or therapist.

It sounds like you're paranoid. You may want to talk to an adult you are close to (parent) about it because it could develop into something more serious...like a disorder. I'm not saying you have a disorder, but paranoia is hard to diagnose. The fact that you're only 16, however, suggests that it could be nothing. At this age most teenagers tend to be more aware of things in general. Here's a website about paranoia as a disease. If you're experiencing any other symptoms listed on the site, you may want to seek a professional opinion.

Like everyone else has said - Paranoia.

You should watch for signs of Paranoid Schizophrenia, such as visual/audible hallucinations. These would seem as real

Definitely see a doctor - Schizophrenia is very common and people who have it suffer to different degrees. There's nothing to be worried about since it is a very treatable disorder. Just make sure to see a doctor.

No, I don't think so. Maybe just a little bit paranoid. Try to find a good counsellor and discuss your problem with him/her.
Another possibility is that your family is over-protective and for some reason collectively paranoid. In that case I would contact social services and arrange a family conference.

These are 'possible' signs and symptoms for paranoia, however, please do speak with a counselor. You could be depressed or a host of other things which easily can be treated, including paranoia.

Not all symptoms occur in a person with mental illness. Although individuals and societies vary as to what is "normal," a person with a mental illness should be evaluated if there is a change in behavior. Never hesitate to call a physician to share these concerns, just as you would for any illness.
Seek medical evaluation if some of these exaggerated behaviors begin to appear.

It's called paranoia. It's improbable that they are, so it's irrational behavior that could lead to broader psychoses. You should find ways to relax more. Avoid negative relationships that could be related to this. Maybe talk to someone about it.
