I don't think it is the cause of sudden increase in height. Maybe it is the cause of being sit for too long . And the posture of sitting is not good .I have this symptom when I sit for a long time. So I used to walk around and do some stretching by hands up and down . It helps and hope it helps you too.

Never, you just have a spasm of lower back muscles due to excessive physical activity. STOP JUMPING AROUND, TAKE 3 DAYS REST(if possible strict bed rest). It will subside on its own. if still it remains, you should go n see a doc for an xray spine to rule out a disc prolapse.

Yes that is possible . Have you seen a doctor about it? My only help with back pain was from acupuncture. Pills or doctors did not help me but this is an individual decision which you have to make.

It depends where in the loswer back it is. if its away from your spine it could be a kidney infection. If its near your spine it could be from carrying too much weight, working out too hard, sleeping wrong, bad shoes... poor diet. that sort of thing.

Have a doc check it out.
