Yes, it's normal, especially cause you're 36 weeks far along and you're not sick (no fever). Hormones can cause the nausea. Loss of appetite might be from the fact that you feel so huge and full already that taking in more food is just not appealing to you. I don't know if that means that you're getting closer to labor and delivery. The physical aspects of prelabor usually includes: contractions (slight or more intense), a "bloody show" (a mucus discharge or your mucus plug coming out), your water bag breaking or leaking. The emotional aspect can include that nesting instinct (the urge to get everything in order), some anxiety or stress - which can lead to loss of appetite (or the opposite), fatigue, mood swings, and the like.
Goodluck to you!!

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. You could be experiencing some dehydration. With both of my pregnancies (both of my girls were born in the summer) I had to drink loads of water. When I would start to feel nauseous I would drink a glass of water and lay down in a cool room for about 30 minutes; this usually did the trick. Some symptoms of dehydration are nausea and loss of appetite as well as dizziness and lethargy. Dehydration can also cause Braxton-Hicks contractions (non-labor contractions) that can become very painful and cause a false impression of labor. I would suggest that you drink at least 6 (8 ounce) glasses of water a day. If you still feel little or no relief, call your OB/GYN and tell them your symptoms. Your doctor or nurse practitioner will know what is best for you.
Also, check out this site. It gives some good advice on how to avoid dehydration.

Before you go into labor, your body will prepare you for it....it knows and it will get ready naturally. The loss of appetite comes with the baby bearing down. Trust me, i am forcing myself to eat because I am hungry but when i go to eat nothing sounds good. You have to eat though because your body is going to need that energy for labor. On the discovery health channel, a midwife said to prepare for birth like a marathon. Get lots of rest and exercise and eat protein foods. Your stools also will get a little loose and you will find yourself having spurts of energy. If your miserable and think your about to go into labor, talk to your dr. tell him or her all your symptoms and tell him or her that you are extremely uncomfortable. Then if they say that you just have to wait then walk ALOT!! and have sex! Something about the sperm irritates the cervix and causes it to contract. walking though will help things go faster while your delivering. make sure you have your stuff ready! good luck and congrats!

It couldn't hurt to call your Dr. and ask. I haven't heard of that preceding labor, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I know I started feeling all tingly, especially in my belly, before labor started. Are you having that or any other symptoms? Are you spotting or leaking water? How exciting, you are close to getting to meet your new baby! Good Luck.

You should go to your doctor right away, as your blood pressure might be high or low. Loss of appetite I understand, but not the nausea. Better safe than sorry, call your doctors right away.

It certainly signifies that the little one is settling into the pelvic hollow space in coaching for beginning. the soreness in pelvic bone is the fundamental indicator. while the little one settles, it demands to have matters moved round down there a bit of. The cramping and unfastened bowel routine might imply that the little one is urgent up towards the intestinal monitor and now not enabling the "solids" to cross via. Drink lots of water and get as a lot leisure now, as exertions is strictly what the title implies. You will suppose a little bit of remedy while the little one does "drop" in up to your respiring is going. Funny thats what occurs due to the fact you are going to be respiring speedy and livid from the entire paintings you do while exertions honestly will get underway. while it does YOU WILL KNOW IT.

very normal. your stomach has no room to expand. so air gets trapped when you eat and your stomach acids are getting pushed up in to your esophagus. talk to your ob he may give you something for it. probably not labor just yet you still have 4 weeks to go. good luck though

It could still be morning sickness. You can get that until you go into labour. I bet labour is close though. Your body may be getting ready to give birth. Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns. Good luck and congrats!
