A girl I know had an accident and ended-up at the police. She said some stuff that she shouldn't have, now they want to run some tests. Can someone tell me how longs DNA stays in the body? Does is stay in less time the younger you are? I think all the DNA is gone, but that always seals the deal.

Also, are they allowed to get DNA out of a car that belongs to my neighbor that I borrowed when he wasn't home and didn't know that I borrowed it but she told them which one it was?

First off what kind of accident. A car wreck? or did she like, accidentally have sex with you?
Most sexually deposited DNA source material will remain in tact from 12 to 48 hours or more. Depends on how long the accident lasted.
Younger people tend to be able to "hold" DNA as long as older people.
If this accidental DNA made it to mother natures intended destination. It will remain for about 9 months! Oh my goodness.

What a moron!!! Let me get this right... You banged an under-aged chick, she was driving a car you stole, she ran over someone and you want to know if your jiz has dripped out? For your sake I hope she was wearing underwear right after you did her, that way some of your DNA will have slipped out and soaked her drawers. That way the forensic investigators will be able to get a sample and put your thieving perverted a.s.s. behind bars for along time. In the future, only do things that you don't mind if everyone finds out the truth. That way, you get in a lot less trouble. If you did it, you deserve what the law has in store for you. Next time, don't do stuff that can get you busted, and you'll like your life a lot more because of it. You might think it's a lot more boring, but nothing can be more boring than jail or prison.

Just to let you know DNA is your blood. It is in your body forever. If you mean drugs then it depends on what kind. However, if it is a hair follicle test, then they can tell if you've used for up to one year.
