Ok so you are here right???
Facing your computer screen???
Look up to the top of the whole screen and you should see on your left side some words that say...file, edit, view, favorites, tools, help...
Click on tools, then, scroll down the list to the bottom where it says Internet options...click on that, then go to clear history and click on that and then go to delete files and click on that...
Don't forget to click ok before you leave the page...
I wouldn't recommend deleting cookies cause it stores your passwords and special scores on games and sites where you can go back and don't have to enter a password again, even on Yahoo...
So only click on the two options I told you and you will clear out a bunch of old stuff you don't want to keep your computer up and fast...
I have been doing this method for over 7 years now and never had a problem with it...
All it does is clear out Internet settings like pages you have visited is all...

Go to tools at the top of your screen - internet options - and you should have options to delete temp internet files (click this then the box to delete offline ones as well) and delete cookies. Then it woud be a good idea to run disk cleanup on your computer - start menu - all programs - accessories- systems tools - disk cleanup this gets rid of unused 'junk' files on your computer from the internet as well as other places.

IM me for further assistance if it is needed.

Thats hard to explain here. First and formost don't install software like that to start with... but since it sounds like you already have, and found that it is just crap like most people have....

What i have done in the past, is do a search on the software you're trying to remove from a secutiry site such as http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/pest/ or a similar site that will have tips on removing the particular product(s) you want to eliminate.

If there is simply too much on your computer i would suggest just backing up your stuff and reformatting. Then once everythings cleaned up, install a good firewall (such as sygate, which is no longer updated but still a decent defence in my opinion)

General rule of thumb for internet software.... if its free, chances are theres a reason that it is... like it has spyware, malware etc.... there is a few exceptions to that rule but very rarely...after all who would give anything good away for free when they could charge for it? ( unless of course it isn't worth anything to start with.!!)

Click edit at top of browser page, at the bottom of the list click 'internet options', click 'delete cookies', click ok, click 'delete files' click 'offline content', click ok, then click 'clear history', click ok. This will clear the current files and cookies. If you haven't done it for a while it may take some time.

the problem that you're asking may have numerous diverse causes. before each and every thing you've gotten an previous computing device. Secondly you've gotten too many viruses, get a scourge blocker if it truly is the case (i ought to recommend avast, its loose and fairly hassle-free) in the different case its something concerning for your internet provider or something incorrect consisting of your router or something alongside those strains. If its fairly fairly slow i ought to call your internet provider provider
