If it's -7=(6+x)/5 than x=-41
If it's -7=6+(x/5) than x=-65

Since x/5 = -13 [-7-6]
then x = -65

-7 = 6 + x/5
Since you are dividing x by 5 you need to multiply both sides by 5. it would then read -7 x 5 = 6 + x/5 x 5
next line would be -35 = 6 + x because the fives would cancel.
you would then have to subtract 6 from both sides to get
-35-6 = 6-6 + x
-41 = x

I think this is the 4th algebra question you've posted this morning... are you sure you don't mean to be posting these under "Homework Help?"
Rather than give you the answer, I'll tell you the steps you'll follow:
1. Add and subtract terms so that all the terms with the variable are on the same side. Then combine the like variable terms. (In this case, there's only one variable term, so you're already good to go.)
2. Add and subtract constant terms so that the variable term is alone on its side. In this case, you'd subtract 6 from both sides, leaving the x/5 term alone on the right.
3. Divide both sides by the coefficient of the variable. In this case, since x/5 is the same as (1/5) * x, you'd divide both sides by 1/5, which is the same as multiplying both sides by 5.
Hope that helps!
Edited to Add: The person below who came up with -41 as an answer was incorrect, because while you can multiply both sides by 5 first, you have to multiply the entirety of each side by that 5, which would give you
-35 = 30 + x
He forgot to multiply 6 * 5 to get the 30.

-7=6+x/5
-7 * 5 = 6+x/5 (5) (multiply both sides by 5)
-35 = 6+x
-35-6 = 6+x-6 (subtract 6 from both sides)
-41 = x
*this is if (6+x) is the numerator....if x is the numerator, see below:
-7 = 6+x/5
-7-6 = 6+x/5-6 (subtract 6 from both sides)
-13 = x/5
-13 (5) = x/5 (5) (multiply both sides by 5)
-65 = x
there you go :)

-7 = 6 + x/5 =>=>
-13 = x/5 =>=> subtracted 6 from both sides
-65 = x =>=> multiply both sides by 5
Therefore x = -65

enhance the two facets to the means 7/5 to make the means of x equivalent to a million if the exponent is 5/7 x^5/7=6 (x^5/7)^7/5=(6)^7/5 x=(6)^7/5 x=12.286 approx. despite if that's (x^5)/7 then (x^5)/7=6 x^5=40 two (x^5)^(/5)=(40 two)^(a million/5) x=(40 two)^(a million/5) x=2.112 approx.
