they are back because the nameless crew "nameless" is tearing them a sparkling one. they are unable to achieve new contributors via public information and the internet and as such are centred on neighborhoods that do not have as customary get entry to and/or won't be able to arise with the money for its use as a lot- aka minorities and ignorant rednecks.
