I had horrible morning (morning?? ha! try all day!) sickness through most of this pregnancy! I tried all of the traditional things... ginger ale, soda crackers, not drinking and eating at the same time, etc. My mom finally sent me these lollipops called Preggypops from the Motherhood Maternity Store. Lifesaver for me!!

Poor thing.
I've had 3 kids, and with each one, it was something different that calmed my morning sickness. Try nibbling on saltines from the second you get up(probably wouldn't hurt to take a bite or 2 before you ever get out of bed.)Pregnancy is an adventure that is different for everyone. Trial and error will help yu discover what works in your case. Don't be discouraged, your 9 months will be up before ya know it.
Congratulations!

deciding not to feel shitty anymore.
I take walks. Dont sit around all day, it will only make it worse. try to eat high protien foods. eat tiny tiny small little meals through out the day, if you eat too much all at once it makes it worse.
I cant stand smells of food right now. (iam 8 weeks) so i cant cook myself anything. my husband makes me something if i really want it. otherwise i eat yogurt and fruits or some meat of some kind.
keep crackers and water by the bed. eat a few before you even sit up in bed in the morning. dont skip meals it makes it waaaaaaay worse.
Seriously though, i had all day sickness for about 5 days, and i just got sick of it. Decided i wasnt going to be sick anymore. Thats your best bet.

The reason you get morning sickness is because your sugar is too low in the morning as your body is trying to adapt to the baby inside your body. So try something sweet if you can't handle crackers. I found that if I had a cup of juice in the morning, I wouldn't have it as bad. And if I had toast and jelly and juice I wouldn't have it at all.

The best thing in my opinion for morning sickness is saltine crackers and ginger ale. I am not pregnant now but I do have three children and it really worked for me.

I was sick for the first 3 and a half months, and all that really helped was a lot of rest and saltine crackers. The good thing is that it passes.

I was sick for 3 months straight and fond nothing to cure it other than just simply going for a walk no matter how bad i felt.
I'd start walking and keep walking until I felt better.
