or contact the network provider your with and they can get your an unlatching code from the phone supplier, but be warned companies can charge up to £50 for this...shop around to get a good deal and a proper code.
Its easy to unlatch it from the network, when you have the code. Take out your sim card and switch the phone back on and it will give you the option to insert a code which will unlock the phone :)
