How hot can he really be if he has a lot of pimples? Unless you're referring to his personality?

To be honest, it can be quite gross but that shouldn't be a problem, you have to look at whats in the inside! I dated a guy before for 2 years and he had very bad acne! Once i got to know the guy, it didn't matter to me at all. It was nice to comfort him and get him through it. I soon realised that it was a major problem for him and i spoke to my aunt about it and she paid for him to get acne tablets to get rid of the acne. He now gets one or two pimples but still has scars from the acne. He is a lot more confident now and doesn't care about his one or two pimples. We broke up eventually BTW and are still friends.

NO..A skin problem can be treated over time but how shallow would it be to judge a person by their appearance anyway?..:)
