" I'll help you. My English is really good."
One thing is to be a native and only speak English all the time and another thing is to write correctly in English, right?

If you are talking about your listening comprehension... watch series and films. If they don't have subtitles, it'd be better.
For the reading comprehension, go to serious websites to read. Not here. Here people have a very awful spelling and poor grammar. Also read books and newspapers. Get a good dictionary. Or two: a normal one (where the definitions are in English) and one that translates into your language.
For your writing abilities... practice, practice and practice. Ask someone who has a GOOD grammar to help you identify the errors and correct them.
And for your speaking abilities... practice as much as possible. Even if you practice with people who have your same level, you'll improve. Try to do it with natives. Don't be shy to speak to them. some will appreciate your effort, some don't. But you'll never know if you don't try.
