Girls only like the six pack if you are not showing them off all the time and attracting the wrong kind of attention from other women. Be respectful! Arm muscles are good, but again, don't be flexing them in the company of ladies because that can annoy your girlfriend. So just have nice arms and abs but in private and remember they are for your girlfirend's eyes only! A bit of personality also helps :-)

Personality and a respectful amount of confidence is the best thing.
As far as muscles go - then arm muscles are better than tummy ones.

I like a guy who can make me laugh and who can cook sausage and mash how I like it, sod the muscles!! But at a push, going on my fiance, Id go for strong arm muscles, wrapped around me I feel very safe

What ever kind of body you have it is always best for it to be proportionate so if I were you I would work on your arm muscles
