haha funny question.
"beautiful" people are nasty because they can get away with it. they think that because they have great bodies, they can do anything that they want and people must look up to them. what you are talking about is beautiful on the outside, such as "pretty" or "hot" people. the really beautiful people are talented and nice, and have a kind of friendliness that radiates about them. they are the ones that anyone can talk to. they are the talented ones. i knew a girl who everyone talked about who was very pretty and all of the guys wanted to be her boyfriend. she wasnt smart at all though. she didnt have any special talents in particular, except maybe good at sports. when she gets old and doesnt look beautiful anymore, she will have nothing left. basically what im trying to say is beautiful people are nasty because they are usually shallow and not very bright. you cant bask in your own beauty all day. its unhealthy.

they wouldn't be beautiful if they were nasty like the 1st person said but anyway, i think they're all nasty because they know that they can get other beautiful people to like them so they think they don't have to like or even be nice to less attractive people. i wish that would all change because its really shallow but its gonna be a while before it actually does start to change.

I don't think beautiful people are nasty cuz if they are beautiful they need to beautiful on the inside AND outside. Otherwise, they may be attractive.

It's human nature to want to be around people who are like you. Being "beautiful" in modern Western society usually means that you match the advertising media's "ideal" of what constitutes "beauty." People who match this ideal aren't going to complain, since it means they get lots of attention and defference. This builds their egos and prompts them to seek out others who match the ideal as well. They want their children to be "beautiful" as well, so they tend to avoid any relationships with those who don't match the ideal.

Because under all of the beauty is sadness/insecurities and jealousy, these people are mean because they are trying to hide the person they really are...does that make any sense?

some people who are physically beautiful often mask insecurities underneath their beautiful faces. they are often judged because of how they look. people who posses physical beauty are often misunderstood.
