Looking for a old album cover with a picture of a male lions face on it?

Its a male lions face made of different little pictures,one being the nose of the lion is a naked woman with her back turned toward you witch makes the lions noseand her legs make the mustache of the lion,the eyes are human faces, i seen it 22 years ago and i need to find it so i can use the picture for a tattoo.Remember its a old album i think its a rock group but not for sure.
