It might not be very hygenic but it's not the thickness of the penis that get every girl going. it might just be that she is finding her g spot and is rubbing it with the pencil. you can buy her or yourself a slender viberator and that might be better. having sex does hurt the first few times, but the muscles to stretch and after a while you will like it more and more.

Ok im assuming your friend is a virgin and this is why the pencil didnt hurt because it is very small it wont effect anything many woman who are virgins are know to insert objects into the vagina to stimulate an orgasm the reason it hurt when a guy tried to insert his penis was because she wasnt aroused or wet enough try some foreplay and have the guy be gentle when going in and things should go a lot better with not so much pain but the first time almost always causes some pain.

Well, personally, all women get off in certain ways, some like your friend prefer something small where as others prefer something large. Some women don't like anything being inserted at all, but prefer to get their clitoris stimulated. It's all to the person. There will be no adverse effects if you use a pencil and this will not effect marrage later in life. Sure it may be odd to the guy or girl that she's with, but it's her own pleasure. It's lucky for her to find the way to orgasm. It's absolutely Okay with pencils. But you should sterilize it first. If you get infection, it will be hard to cure and will create side effects.
