hi i m in 12th standard. i need some programs of c++ ,it would be better if get the programs on the following topics--
-file handling
-simple data structures
-exception handling
it is ok even if above topics are not possible, i just want to get through diffrent types of programs to have good knowledge of the chapters

The programs in C++ will be in source code, then you compile it. You also look and study the source to see how it all works, and hopefully get more understanding of the C++ programming language.

Search for c++ source code on the net. You'll find some. People post their works all the time. You just have to do some research.
