Perhaps for this type of question u should mention ur age...as the age ladder increases the ejaculations decreases..which is normal phenonmenon..and what do you think that u become older and older and remain the same as young with respect to organ which absurd.so it sure that your health may be fit and fine but the machine u r carrying is becoming old so older machines perform less.

It definitely decreases with age! I am 65 and speak from experience...and I've read about it too so I know we are normal! Certain foods (I'm can't even recall what they are) and more liquids may help but I'm not sure there is evidence of that. I think it's just another sign of getting older (sigh) but at least the climaxes still feel as good as they always did!

vasectomy wont cause reduction in quantity is semen, it just cuts off the sperms from semen. you never mentioned how old are you? If you are >50 yrs then you must check yourself for diabetes or any prostatic illnesses.
its better that you meet a doctor when you get time. And of course, if the cause of reduced semen is due to correctible causes (like diabates) it can be cured.

This depends on what time frame you are thinking of.

Generally – when you ejaculate, you use a portion of the quantity of available ejaculate that your body has produced up to that time.

If you want to ejaculate more on a regular basis, then you need to ejaculate more often, and your body will produce more ejaculate on a regular basis, because your body produces what it needs; this is sort of like keeping a larger supply on hand to meet a larger demand. Our bodies are wonderfully adaptive that way. It is sort of like working out – the more you lift, the more you are able to lift, and the same is true for your ejaculate – the more you ejaculate, the more you will be able to.

If, for some reason, you just want to ejaculate a large quantity at one specific time, or over a short duration, then you can simply “save up” or not ejaculate for a period of days prior to the event where you wish to be able to provide a large quantity all at once.

This is why girls like myself, who really enjoy semen, and being coated, will often ask guys to not ejaculate for the few days before they plan on seeing us – we want them to save up a lot of semen for us.
