It seems they sell computers online from Southern Africa. Try and do a search on computers in South Africa. Most of the South Africa websites will have a domain name ending in za or co.za. There might be some well known sites who sell computers internationally too. I dont know if you might even consider using http://www.ebay.com and find someone who might be selling cheap computers on auction, and they might even deliver it to you.
