It's a Camry 95 and runs great. But recently it has this problem. It takes me couple of minutes to try to get the key out. Can it be lock cylinder issue? How much does cost to get it fixed?

I've seen this many times, usually worn out cylinder. How many keys do you keep on your key-ring? Only keep the bare minimum amount of keys, as the weight hanging from your keychain will cause this problem. Every bump you hit will put wear into the cylinder.

It could just be dirt in the lock cylinder too, try spraying some Lock-Eze on the least worn of your keys, and working it in and out of the cylinder. If that doesn't work, check the linkage alignment next. Hold the gear selector up tight in park and see if that helps.

Either your ignition switch is going out, or the linkage to your transmission is mis adjusted. If the linkage becomes a little too long or short, then the keylock that prevents you from turning off the car while it is still in gear will interfere with you taking the key out. Try jiggling the shifter while trying to take out the key. If that helps, then the linkage is loose or needs adjustment.
Otherwise, it is likely the switch going out.

Your key switch is wearing out, you should replace it now. On most cars it tougher to repair the problem when you have broken the key off or the lock is stuck in the wrong position.

Good Luck
