I have been dating this guy now for 2 years and on our anniversary he gave me a diamond ring! He didn't actually propose to me but we have talked about getting married before..... so what does this mean>???? HELP

Take your time and dont rush it... Wait until he actually proposes or asks you to marry him.... Do not be in a hurry.. Also talk to him and ask him what the ring is for.

Take some time to get your thoughts together and then ask him what it means! It's possible that it is an engagement ring but he doesn't know how to ask you the same way you don't want to ask him! Someone has to say something so why not you!

If you really don't know, then come right out and say to him "honey, does this ring mean we're engaged?" or "does this mean you want to marry me?".
