schools in north philly are getting so bad?i mean other schools world wide are bad but the ones in north philadelphia are getting worse.why is that?

No Child Left Behind Law
I have heard that there is a school in that area that has a ton of people flocking into it from across the state border. The No Child Left Behind Law was only to increase Bush's ratings for 3-4 weeks, but that's why it's screwed up.

"Political poisoning" since the government seized control of the public school systems, there has been a complete downward spiral of morality, and lack of quality education due brainwashing kids with the political agenda of the Democommies, as I call them, and Ted Kennedy is mostly to blame.

Cause moralsaren't allowed in the schools anymore. How does it effect other people if I bend my head down and close my eyes and pray NOT OUTLOUD???? Does it somehow insult people?
