I would have to say of these choices it is the cross, since although I know it is religiously bound, I am aware of other symbols (such as Budha and others)

Other than those my guess would be the peace symbol...as I have seen all forms from all over the world use that symbol and be understood with holding up two fingers. And the same with the logo for peace, I have never seen the symbol and misunderstood it's meaning.

I think it's coke, or the coca-cola symbol. I'm pretty sure I read (probably somewhere unreliable) that it's the most commonly recognized word in the world. Ok was next. Which is weird, I would have thought that was just an american thing. And they only flip people off in the us. In england they use 2 fingers, and the reasoning is really funny. Stop signs are also used in alot of the world, universally, as it were.

probably the smiley face. the middle finger means different things in different parts of the world. same thing with the thumbs up. in lots of cultures that's offensive.

I'd say the golden arches of McDonald's...followed closely by the dual-gods Coke and Pepsi.
