depends - for swimming a suit or a full coverage or sport two piece - for sunning or parties a two piece bikini with pretty good closures - not just a loose tie

When I was younger it was always a bikini & as I aged it went to swimsuit now I have lost some weight and toned up a lot so it is back to a two piece that isn't quite a bikini but closer than I have been in years& it feels great! Must look good too, as I have had whistles even at may age!!

I prefer a bikini or tankini, I think because Im tall.... when I wear a one piece it feels like it's pulling my shoulders down. I feel more relaxed with a 2 piece.
