Don't worry. There's nothing bad about looking older. You probably just look more mature. That's a good thing. At least you don't look like a teenager.

I am a man, here the Recipe;
A happy heart is a healthy heart!!!!!
This holds true for our looks. IF, we are Stressed, Depressed, Overly Worked, Drugs, Alcohol etc. These things have a way of aging us.
Do your Children Frustrate you often? Do they wear you down physically?
Exercise and a good Diet, this the best anyone can do. Most Diet plans (Jokes) what they say? Take this "Placebo" and eat a Balanced Diet to lose weight. So, Exercise and Good Food.
For a skin lotion I use Olive Oil. It absorbs quickly and give your skin a nice look.
Stay out of the "Sun" or use plenty of GOOD Sunscreen. Many women not realize when they Sun Tan they also turning to Leather. Men look OK with the Leather look. Women look better with smooth skin. I not sure if sun damage can be reversed, but, in time it may look better or at least be stopped from do more damage.

First thing why do you feel embarrased when you are at school with your children because they are small?
Some people just age quicker than others because of lifestyles or its just in thier genes. What ever the reason you can make yourself seem to look younger by feeling younger.
It really doesnt matter what you look like age wise, its how you feel and how you act. Try being a kid again when you are playing with your boys. You have 2 little boys who want to enjoy their daddy . They dont care what you look like.
You have to feel young to look young. The way one dresses makes a big difference too how one looks. ANd hair styles.
Alot of women stay young looking because they are so busy running around taking care of the house that they forget to get older. Learn to have fun .

I am a 30 year old mother of 2 boys (3 and one due in July), and I still get carded for beer! LOL Anyway, I am your typical "girly girl". I love cosmetics, I use Mary Kay Timewise to keep my skin smooth and young looking (trust me, get a Miracle Set. It works!!!). I use body lotion every day after my shower to keep my skin from head to toe smooth, file my heels with a pumus stone to keep them smooth and keep my toenails polished, clean and filed.
I keep my hair fairly short, but it's a trendy cut. I have highlights and lowlights, and I keep my brows waxed. I'm not shallow, I just enjoy keeping up with myself. I absolutely love being a mom, but I don't want to look like one :)
Take care, enjoy being a mom, and enjoy being a woman!! A little "mommy makeover" will do the trick :)

Genetics has a lot to do with aging. The other thing is the sun. Wear sunblock everyday. I love Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock. You could also try using glycolic acid on your face. Dr Denese's makes a great one.

That's a difficult question! Lots of good answers though. I would consider a new hair color/cut, contacts (if you wear glasses), & whitening your teeth is an easy way to help your appearance. Often if you go to a make-up store that is independent of a department store (i.e. MAC Cosmetics store) you can get a free make over. It's amazing what defining one's eyes can do :)

start using mary kays "timewise" line. I have seen this work for ladies, and I swear it shaves 5 years or more off their face in very little time! You would be amazed. The line has everything from facial cleansers to make-up.

A couple of people here are telling you to get the Time-Wise from Mary Kay, but that stuff tends to get pricey. If you are like me, and can't really afford Time-Wise, then use Oil of Olay products. They work really well for me!
