altho it is normal to have slight swelling during pregnancy in your fingers,feet and ankles maybe even ur face, but you might wanna talk to ur doc because you may have preeclampsia. check this site out for more info on it

You need to stay away from sodium and drink at least 8 ozs. of water a day. If it continues, inform your pre-natal doctor.

most pregnant women swell b/c your body is retaining water. it's just one of those downfalls of being pregnant. not much you can do, but take off your rings!

Have your doctor run test because it may not even be related to pregnancy -- but you want to ensure this.
