This could have something to do with your diet and what you are eating,or you could be eating to much salt and noit realise this, or it could be that you need to drink to more water,or if you have a medical book, why not take a look in there and see what that comes up with, otherwise go and visit your GP and see what he/she has to say about it, it may be nothing, but this happens to my sister everytime she eats too, she blows up like a balloon and it looks really strange because she is such a tiny framed young lady, she reminds me of one the poor african kids that doesnt actually eat properly, and they just live off dirty water and rice etc, we found out that she has to make sure her drinking water is clean, she has to drink through one of them brita water filters, i cant remember what the doctor said it was called,

Bloating is usually caused by a build up of gas. This can be caused be excess stomach acid. Eat by taking smaller mouths full and chew more, this will help food digest more easily.
Second, a tea made from Fennel or Dill will act as a carminative and reduce the amount of gas being produced.

Your eating too much salt, and not drinking enough water. Leave the processed foods alone, they have an extreme amount of chemicals, and alot of salt. Stay away from the canned drinks too. Drink lots of water, and try to exercise.

You could have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Bloating is a common symptom of it. Try increasing the fiber in your diet and avoid dairy products and foods that cause a build up of gas like broccoli, cauliflower, and beans.

you may not be eating enough. Look at the tummys of children in famine areas! Or you may have a reaction to wheat or lactose. See you doctor and a dietician/nutricianist.
