Breaking by means of throwing seems more apprpriate to me, kicking always leaves lea for the possibility of injuring oneself. Best wishes

Neither. Get a piece of paper. Draw a certain thing that makes you angry (or person) on to the paper. Now get into your car and drive down to the gun store, ask for a Maverick Carbine, they'll know what to get you. Now drive back after paying for your M16. Now throw the paper in the air screaming "Yabba-Dabba-Doo!", Run in circles and shoot at random objects but not people. When the psychiatrists DO get to you. Tell them "the voices in my head told me to do it", trust me the yellow pills they give you will get rid of frustration for a while.

on the breaking stuff,, well it;'s your money your throwing on the floor when you break things and sooner or later you will have to replace what you broke.

Kicking is probably better. The leg muscles are usually larger and more powerful than arm muscles, allowing you to deliver more powerful blows and doing more damage. You will get a better workout AND cause more destruction (hopefully to other people's property) -- a win-win situation.

I'll tell you the best way. Exercise. Find a very vigorous exercise to do when you get frustrated. Something like weight lifting or Jogging.
Now please release that poor helpless vase.

Kick and punch!!!!
Get an L/R or Visco elastic pillow. You can beat the cr*p out of it and it will just come back to shape, ready for its next beating.
(Just make sure no one is sleeping on it at the time)

I do both, but am partial to breaking stuff. Sometimes, I've kicked stuff so hard, I've broken it... the best of both worlds!
