I have tried everything i could think of like proxies, new account for email and user for forum, delete cookies , history. writing to them . just can't seem to break through and find out what the heck is going on any suggestions?

They must have blocked your IEP address. the only way to break through is to go on using a different pc and connection. try going to a friends and you should be able to enter using a new ID and email:)

Try using a new username, password and email address - they may not have blocked your ip address.

just give it up and move on, there are plenty of forums out there, seriously, if Dr. Phil doesn't want you in his forum, just find a better one, you will find one that suits you

Use another computer because they have banned your IP address.
