See it as a new start, you are free to do what you want and go where you want to go. Take some time out to get pampered, have your hair cut and coloured and a massage. Get some girl-friends around together and watch movies, eat junk food and ice cream and drinks some champagne to celebrate your new life. It is hard to let go of the past but a divorce is final and you must focus on the future rather then the past.

The low spots are hard. Make a list of the good things you do have in life, though. Force yourself to think of at least 5. Put it up where you can look at it often and make 5 mins every now and then to think of one of the things on your list.

i know its easy to say but please try and stay calm...if you think too much about it, it will not help you recover and move on...instead of feeling upset about your divorce think that you are out of a relationship that you were unhappy with...don't give up like that as that'll lead no wer...take up stuff to do, study if u want or start working and keep urself busy with stuff all the time...spend time with family, friends and loved ones...be happy always, do everything that makes you happy...
be happy that you out of what you could not handle and there might be happiness waiting for you...you just have to be happy to discover the happines awaiting you....hope this helps...be happy and god bless!

first thing first. you should get yourself busy and think positive. you will only feel the emptiness temporarily but eventually you will learn to cope with that lowly feeling. if on times you feel you wanna cry, go to your room and burst it out. it is not wrong to cry because it helps us to feel better. it also cleanse our eyes. if on times you feel like closing your doors from the outside world, then do it. but please, don't linger on it for it will only agonize you. think of the good times you had with your ex husband and smile and be thankful that you had the chance to share those happy memories with him. leave the bad times behind for if you sink on it the more you will feel bitter. take a step forward, one at a time and don't look back. one day you will see, that you will be thankful this came to you because this will help you be a better person that when you look back after the pains are gone, you will have the smile on your face. better said than done isn't it? yet do. good luck and God bless. lean on to God and read inspiring verses from the bible, and you will see, God will take all the burden from you and ease out your load. smile :> be happy.

May you burdens be light, your fortunes be many,
May your paths rise up to meet you, may the sun shine warmly upon your face, and untile we can meet in the great beyond, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand. Peace pretty girl, 'tis but a walking shadow in time. Fret not.
