No. I don't think the CIA knows. They are too busy attacking the President by releasing national security secrets and undermining the War on Terror to actually do the jobs they are supposed to do.

They have a long list of failures to anticipate our enemy or to accurately assess our enemies, or even our friends.

Between writing tell-all books and leaking secrets to the NY Times, when do they have time to look for our enemies?

They steer the incidents to achieve desired results.

They have a good idea, but he is in a foreign country, another gov't. cannot just go in and start searching. We know where the pres. of Mexico is too, but we can't just go grab him.
