i had a short period and am on the pill but after period i have had brown discharge for 3 weeks

It was the rest of your period, the blood had gotten old and so tuerned brown. My guess is that you are new to this brand of pill and maybe it's just not the best one for you. I was like that on the depo shot, I never stopped spotting for the 3 months I was on it. Give your doc a ring and ask about getting switched to a new pill or method, best wishes

It's more then likely still blood from your period. As long as there is no foul odor with it and your not in any pain, then wear a light days pad for a couple of days and it should be gone. If it isn't then I would contact a doctor.

it is normal after the period to have dark brwon discharges but for few days only...
u may have viral or bacterial infection .. as ur physicin about the problem especially if the discharges have bad smell...

stress, being tired,irregular cycle, endermetioses can cause that too..if u r on birthcontrol u shouldnt have that..i would check with the doctor.

i know!! i had really bad pains and i went on the pill. i dont know whats wrong with me
it gets really scarey sometiems when i dont know what it is
