is this possible.I often see the same site(with all its links) again n again.

You Cannot browse the web sites without being connected to the net!

Yes, while on the site, File > Save As > Web Page Complete. This will create an .HTML file AND a folder which contains the graphics, &c.

If you want to follow the links, you will have to be connected, though.

yes, you can save the site, it will put all the images in a folder, and when you click on the html file, it will load the images
