In White Plains, NY, you can go to Legal Sea Foods restuarant on Mamaroneck Ave., between Main Street and Martine Avenue. They make excellent fish and chips - the best I've had anywhere, with real tender juicy fish.

The fish and Chips at Harry'os in Norton mass, are to die for. I go there all the time just for that.
its just a regular restaraunt. But a nice one. The bar is wonderful. But the fish and chips. WOW!

oh yeah, this site also tells you if they have coupons or if they are kid friendly, etc.
