I would try to get all the domestic chores done so that they don't need to be done during your first week at work. Do the housework, laundry (disaster if you run out of clean clothes during the working week!) and food shopping! Try cooking some meals in advance such as Spaghetti Bolognese, Lasagne, Curry and freezing them so that you don't have to do too much cooking after work when you're tired. This should help you to have as stress free a week as possible and will keep you busy!

Good luck with the new job!
