It depends on the level of exercise you normally did before getting pregnant. In general, you should not go beyond effort, but exercise is good in general: sweimming, walking, light aerobics, etc. You should avoid Scuba and skiing.

Probably most of them. It only takes 1 fall, 1 stray hit to hurt you. Supposedly the baby is pretty safe inside you. Falls happen, so do other accidents. But to be sure, check with your doctor. Things like swimming would be ok, but anything that involves stuff flying at you or an easy chance to fall could be hazardous. And I know from experience that running and keeping your balance are both harder to do the further you progress in your pregnancy.

I think you need to discuss this with your Dr. We could give you bad advice. It depends what you are used to doing. Some people can keep on doing the things they have been doing and others cant. Good luck!!
