There will be a penelty if you break the agreement. If any information given to you at the time of signing contact and you believe that is breached then you can get out of contract without any penelty.

There are a couple of sites where you can swap your contract. You can post the terms of your contract and if someone likes what you've got going on better than their own deal and if you like their deal better, you can swap contracts. There are a few sites, I have listed the most popular one.

Some companies offer change of responsibility where you can turn the account over to friend, family member etc. The only way to get out without penalty is to prove you moved to a no coveage area (land deed, lease, driver license, etc)

yes if you have someone's address where you don't have coverage and tell the company you are moving there. it's a clause in the contract.

look at the contract.

what are you not aloud to do? do that and you will be in breach of contract and the contrat will be nulifed. (there may be a penulty payment for this)
