Depends! If you're talking U.S. gallons, there are 3.785 liters in one gallon therefore there would be 3,785 milliliters in a gallon. If you mean Imperial gallons, there are 4 and a half litres ( different spelling !) in a gallon therefore there would be 4,500 millilitres in a gallon .

1 gallon = 4.546 09 litres - (its different in US)
I liter = 1000 milliliters

So, 1 gallon = 4.54609*1000
= 45460.9 Milliliters
