Titanic? A lot of people cried after watching that but I thought it was a boring movie.
I would recommend Beauty and the Beast. Although it's an animation, it always makes me cry when watching it.

I was going to rag on "The Notebook" I found it very predictable, but as they are many fans here, I will save my true feelings for another time.
My picks:
Muriel's Wedding
Love and Basketball
Tears, galore! Sad tears and happy tears.
I want to catch "Somewhere in Time" as well. I heard it was really good - classic.

For me...
It was (The Notebook).
Why?
Because at the same time that movie was released, I was experiencing the exact same events which occurred in that movie.
And when I watched it, I couldn't stop crying cause it was so close to me and truly happened to me in real life.
PS: Other than the ending :)
So, I'd probably say ... Go for (The Notebook). :)
And Cry Your Best Dear!
