I have small dots in my face and looking very rough. Anyone please suggest me how to overcome this ?

firstly, try to have a consultation or check-up to a dermatologist.
secondly, ask the dermatologist about the term being called about the main problem of your face.
thirdly, you can request for your derma doctor to make you a prescription about your case. you may also request them for a less expensive product that you can apply if ever you have a limited amount of money available.
*they know what's the best for you.*
*not all products, are suitable to each of our skin types, we should consider the contents, percentage of some ingredients, possible/visible side-effects.*
*there's no assurance that if a certain product works to other people skin, it might also work for us.*
*well, you could also try other people's recommendarion, but
it's either you'll take the possible risk might happen or be sure to a dermatologist in using the product they'll prescribe to you.*

how old are you? when u say dots ...are u refering to small dark dots....
i think they are commonly known as liver dots.....too much exposure to the sun!
