For instance: I had the idea for coffee in tea bags. Hey, what's a coffee filter but a larger version of a tea bag. Boom, a few years later, Folgers Coffee singles, and now those one shot coffee makers.

i made my own two in one shampoo and conditioner when i was young then wash and go came out!

I had a design for a pool splash thing at the end of the slip and slide. I thought, ya know, the slip and slide needs something and I put a pool at the end, to make it more fun and boom... they came out with it.
