Always when dialing a number outside the USA dial 011 first
then the country code in this case for the Philippines it is 63
and the city code or if a cell phone in the Philippines usually it is 926 then the rest of the number When you are in the Philippines the number ussually starts with 09. just replace the 0 with 01163.
That should do it

Dial 011-63-926-???-????

011 is for calling outside the USA
63 is the country code of the Philippines
926 is the code for the mobile company (I think this must be Globe...or is it Smart??? Whatever really =p)
then the 7-digit mobile number (I know it is a 7-digit number because I have a Philippine mobile number on international roaming so my friends and relatives in the Philippines can SMS/text me through it. They only pay P1.00 per message no matter where I am in the world. I am using Globe.)

You can also use this: +63926-???-???? ...the + (plus sign) enables you to dial directly or send SMS directly to that mobile number. I believe this works in any country...to call from and/or call to. This is what I use so when I travel around (US, Phil. or wherever) I can just dial or text directly with the +/plus sign without bother to check for outgoing call codes of the country I'm in.

There is no "area code" for mobile numbers in the Philippines, unlike in the USA where you know where the person is from just by the first 3-digit of his/her mobile number. Over there, the mobile numbers use the first 3-digits of the mobile company...4-digit if you include the zero. Like Globe is 0917 or 0906 or 0927 and so on. Or Smart is 0919 or 0920 & so on... No matter where you live in the Philippines, these will be the numbers for your mobile. That's why people there know who to "text" for Unlimited Text offers bcoz they know if you're a Globe or Smart or SunCell user. hehe =p

Yes...Quezon City uses the area code of 02 bcoz it's under Metro Manila. As for Cebu, it's 036.

Hope this helps. =)

dial out of america 00
dial phillippine country code (google "phillippine country code")
dial city (or provence) area code (remove any zero's it it has any at the start of the code)
Dial mobile number (removing ny zeros from the start of the number - if it has any)

This is all dialed in sequence - no need to wait or anything just dial all the numbers in one after the other.
